Welcome to Inverness Field Archery Club

Formed in 1986, IFAC is now an independent club abiding by the International Field Archery Association (IFAA) rules and has a current membership of just over 50 archers; "probably the largest club in Scotland".

The Club has a 28 target field arachery course situated in scenic woodland near the villages of Croy and Cawdor to the east of Inverness. The course also has three practice areas, a club hut with kitchen and other facilities that are available to members all year round.

In the winter months, the club is held indoors at the Inverness Sports Centre during which classes are held for beginners over the age of twelve. There are also indoor competitions held under the British Postal League together with outdoor (irrespective of weather condtions) Frostbite competitions for the bravehearts amongst us.

Other competitions in which our members compete, are held during the summer season ranging from local club shoots to National, European and World Championships at which the club have often excelled.

Membership is open to all - for details click on 'Joining Us' for full details.
